摘要

虫草发酵类产品是一类与天然冬虫夏草具有相似药理药效的产品,市面上有多种此类产品及制剂,尚无统一的质量标准。目前相关研究及质量控制主要着重于对虫草发酵类产品成分检测及药理作用研究,而对该类产品的源头-菌种鉴定及其菌株专一性的研究甚少。本研究通过对虫草发酵类产品的菌种来源、发酵工艺、质量控制及评价标准、临床应用等进行系统分析和研究,探讨质量评价中的菌种控制问题,以期为虫草发酵类产品的专属性标准制定及菌株专一性控制提供思路和方法。

Abstract

The Cordyceps fermentation products are a kind of products with similar pharmacological effects to natural Cordyceps sinensis. There are many such products and preparations on the market, but there is no unified quality control standard. At present, the related research and quality control mainly are focused on the components detection and pharmacological action of Cordyceps fermentation products, but there is little research on the source-strain identification and strain specificity of these products. In this paper, the strain source, fermentation technology, quality control and evaluation standard, and clinical application of Cordyceps fermentation products are systematically analyzed and studied, and the problem of strain control in quality evaluation is discussed, in order to provide ideas and methods for the formulation of specific standards and strain specificity control of Cordyceps fermentation products.
